The Chaoyang Bird Fossil National Geopark in Liaoning Province, recently reopened after upgrading and renovation, drawing numerous visitors.

The revamped Chaoyang Paleontological Museum within the geopark now displays 2,025 paleontological fossils, an increase from the previous 435, covering over 20 biological categories including fish, dinosaurs, and birds. The upgraded exhibition hall also introduces AR/VR technology and an intelligent guided tour system, allowing visitors to “travel through hundreds of millions of years” and immerse themselves in the “dinosaur era”.
