Early in the morning, chipmunks in the park are so active that they can be seen jumping up and down, into the grass and onto the ancient trees. They sometimes look out from the hole, sometimes scuttle in the grass for food, sometimes squat on the tree, and sometimes munch with food on hands, all of which make them look so cute and cuddly.
