The northeastern port city of Dalian, Liaoning Province, is making efforts to drive the accelerated development of its low-altitude economy. Dalian recently released an action plan for the high-quality development of its low-altitude economy.
According to the plan, Dalian will establish a low-altitude economic development system by 2026. The plan includes the addition of 25 new general aviation and low-altitude economic enterprises, an industrial scale of 4 billion yuan ($545.6 million), and implementing over 40 application scenarios.
In support of key technology research and the transformation of scientific achievements, the plan includes providing up to 10 million yuan in subsidies for key technology research in the low-altitude economic sector.
