Recently, the gentle spring breeze has brought warmth to the Liaohe River Estuary. Over 20 western Pacific spotted seals (also known as Liaodong Bay spotted seals), a national first-class protected animal, are seen cozily sunbathing on a sea shoal near Sandaogou Fishing Port in Panjin City, Liaoning Province.
