At 2 pm on March 4, the fourth session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) held its first “Members’ Passage”. Li Ying, a CPPCC member in Liaoning, and professor at Dalian Maritime University was the first to take questions in the third group.
