On the afternoon of March 12, the fourth session of the 14th National People’s Congress successfully concluded all its agenda and closed grandly. During the session, the deputies from the Liaoning delegation submitted a total of 6 motions and 248 suggestions.

These focus on driving industrial upgrading through technological innovation, accelerating the development of new quality productive forces, deepening reforms in key areas, optimizing the business environment, as well as areas related to people’s livelihoods, including minor protection, education, and healthcare.

Stepping out of the Great Hall of the People, the deputies are about to return to their respective posts, eager to bring the spirit of the Two Sessions back to Liaoning and to the front lines of development and entrepreneurship.

They stated that only through concrete actions and effective implementation can they truly fulfill the responsibilities of being NPC deputies. The year 2026 marks the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan period. For the striving NPC deputies and every one of us, a new journey has only just begun.
