Shenyang Fangcheng Cultural Tourism Zone in Liaoning Province has launched limited-edition papercut-style seal stamps for the Year of the Horse. Featuring Chinese festive red and traditional Chinese paper-cutting, the patterns blend auspicious motifs including floral scrolls, auspicious clouds and gold ingots.
