Hongguang community, where Zhao Qixiu is living, has been listed in the Fushun Old Residential Area Renovation Plan. The exterior wall was insulated and decorated, and the water supply, gas, heating, sewage facilities were all renovated or updated. Last year, catering to residents’ need, Fushun Municipal Government implemented new projects updating the environment, built fitness squares, leisure promenades and a pocket park. The community environment has become more satisfying, and the residents are happy from the bottom of their hearts.
