In the golden autumn, the fields of Zhanjia Village in Yangshufang Street, Pulandian District, Dalian City, depict a jubilant scene of a bumper harvest. Several large harvesting machines are marching rapidly. 1,520 “villager shareholders” are waiting to share out bonus.“Without the favorable policies of the Party, our village would have not undergone such changes to become what it is. Our sense of fulfillment and happiness is getting increasingly stronger.” Fei Lisheng, an old Party member, is living in Zhanjia Village. The village is located in a permanent basic farmland protection zone with more than 4,700 mu of arable land. In 2018, the village successfully reformed its land system and collective property rights system, effectively cracking the problems of development and bringing villagers’ income and collective economy to rapid growth.
