Recently, over ten little egrets appear in the bird island area of the Hunhe River in Shenyang, Liaoning. Some of them stand in the shallow waters and others walk in the wetland shoals, foraging or flying, forming a beautiful scenery of the Hunhe River. The little egret is a medium-sized wading bird with a slender and white body, inhabiting plain, hills, low-lying lakes, swamps and beaches.
