Budding lotus in the wetland park of Dalian, Liaoning Province is drawing visitors to take pictures. The brilliant flowers are in bud on the green lotus leaves that cluster together. Many lotus flowers in different parks in Dalian are now blooming, adding bright colors to the summer.
