September 1 marks the ceremonious opening of the 21st China International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition (CIEME 2023) at the Shenyang International Exhibition Center.
Covering an exhibition area of 110,000 square meters, CIEME 2023 features 11 major exhibition zones. The event has successfully attracted more than 1,000 distinguished representatives from global corporations in the intelligent manufacturing sector, transforming the venue into a significant confluence of industry elites. Renowned companies have gathered to showcase their expertise, including the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), China Railway Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. (CRRC), China General Technology (GENERTEC), China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. (CCCG)), China First Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (CFHI), Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC), China Certification & Inspection Group (CCIC), China Metallurgical Geology Bureau, Alibaba, Baidu, Lenovo, iFlytek, and Tebian Electric Apparatus Stock Co., Ltd. (TBEA).
CIEME 2023 has attracted over 1,000 esteemed equipment manufacturing companies from 11 countries. It aims to highlight advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment from both domestic and international sources, focusing on national development strategies. The event serves as a premier and open platform for high-level intelligent exchanges, demonstrating the impressive influence of China’s manufacturing on the international stage and its extensive network of global partners.
The course of the exhibition will witness a Global Manufacturing Summit, featuring a main forum, 14 parallel forums and 6 key events. With the theme “Three Major Aspects of Structural Adjustment in Liaoning”, the main forum and the 14 parallel forums will delve into the characteristics of the manufacturing industry in Liaoning, including areas such as advanced manufacturing technologies, new materials, aerospace technology, robotics, and intelligent manufacturing. Meanwhile, concurrent events designed to showcase cutting-edge products and technological achievements will underscore the successful transformation of research outcomes from the summit, further facilitating the construction of a diverse platform for the manufacturing industry characterized by scale, distinctiveness, and high-end capabilities.
CIEME 2023, running until September 5, will showcase the formidable strength of the event through a synergistic combination of the “Summit and Exhibition”.
It is noteworthy to mention that CIEME is the only national-level large-scale economic and trade exhibition event in the equipment manufacturing industry in China that has secured approval from the State Council. Since its inception in 2002, the expo has been successfully held for twenty sessions.
