This sculpture is carved from a natural golden Mexican amber, which contains oyster fossils. In order to preserve the integrity of these fossils, various elements such as scallops, sea cucumbers, abalones, morels, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and conches, are carved to complement with them. These intricately designed elements come together to form a delicious delicacy, giving this sculpture the name Hustle and Bustle of Life.
