The signing ceremony was held at Shenyang University. Wang Xiaowen, deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Public Cultural Service Center and curator of Liaoning Provincial Museum, and Zhao Yanzhi, president of Shenyang University, jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Practical Teaching Base”, and delivered speeches respectively. In her speech, Wang Xiaowen said that Liaoning Provincial Museum is the first museum established after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and a national key museum. In recent years, taking root in the fertile cultural land of Liaoning Province, the museum has leveraged its collection resources, and achieved a series of outstanding results. Its influence has been continuing to expand at home and abroad, making it an important cultural name card and cultural tourism window for Liaoning.
