The signing ceremony was held at Shenyang University. Wang Xiaowen, deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Public Cultural Service Center and curator of Liaoning Provincial Museum, and Zhao Yanzhi, president of Shenyang University, jointly unveiled the plaque for the “Practical Teaching Base”, and delivered speeches respectively. In her speech, Wang Xiaowen said that Liaoning Provincial Museum is the first museum established after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and a national key museum.
