The exhibition “She Walks in Beauty: Women in Classical Roman Time” currently on display at the Liaoning Provincial Museum has been gaining popularity among tourists from home and abroad. Many tourists outside Liaoning Province even took a special trip to the museum just to view the exhibition. Hence, to meet the needs of the general public, the exhibition, which was originally scheduled to end in July, is postponed to August 31.

The exhibition is jointly hosted by the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the Sovrintendenza Capitolina ai Beni Culturali, gathering a total of 167 pieces (sets) of treasures from 11 cultural institutions. Spanning over two thousand years, they vividly showcase the rich spiritual world of ancient Roman women, and reproduce the magnificent female demeanor in the ancient civilization.

The Liaoning Provincial Museum has also launched a series of cultural and creative lucky bags with the theme of the exhibition. The lucky bags contain multiple exquisite cultural and creative products such as badges and bookmarks. Besides, visitors also have an opportunity to get a “seal collection book”.
