From 10:00 am on April 28, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province will issue 10 million yuan worth of “Spring Blossom” cultural and tourism vouchers to both local residents and visitors to Shenyang.

The first batch of vouchers will mainly be distributed during the May Day holiday period from April 28 to May 15, with two phases. The first phase will run from April 28 to May 3, with vouchers distributed daily at 10:00 am. The vouchers are effective from the date of issuance and valid until 11:59:59 pm on May 3. The second phase will be on May 6 at 10:00 am. The vouchers are effective from the date of issuance and valid until 11:59:59 pm on May 15. Each customer can receive up to two vouchers per type of consumption scenario during this campaign.

The “Spring Blossom” vouchers cover six categories of cultural and tourism scenarios, including hotels, tourist attractions, tour packages, performance venues (including film screenings), recreational venues, and guesthouses. There are two types of vouchers: tiered discount vouchers and single-use vouchers. The tiered discount vouchers cover hotels, tourist attractions, tour packages, and performance venues, while single-use vouchers are valid for guesthouses and recreational venues.

According to the latest information, hotel vouchers offer three levels of discounts: a 70 yuan discount for spending over 200 yuan, a 200 yuan discount for spending over 500 yuan, and a 300 yuan discount for spending over 700 yuan. Tourist attraction vouchers also offer three levels of discounts: a 10 yuan discount for spending over 50 yuan, a 30 yuan discount for spending over 100 yuan, and a 70 yuan discount for spending over 200 yuan. For tour packages, the vouchers provide three levels of discounts: a 70 yuan discount for spending over 200 yuan, a 200 yuan discount for spending over 500 yuan, and a 300 yuan discount for spending over 700 yuan. Performance venues (including film screenings) vouchers provide four levels of discounts: a 10 yuan discount for spending over 20 yuan, a 30 yuan discount for spending over 100 yuan, a 70 yuan discount for spending over 200 yuan, and a 100 yuan discount for spending over 300 yuan. Vouchers for recreational venues offer three levels of discounts: a 30 yuan discount for spending over 100 yuan, a 70 yuan discount for spending over 200 yuan, and a 100 yuan discount for spending over 300 yuan. The guesthouse vouchers offer a 50% discount, with a maximum discount of 150 yuan, which will be deducted directly from the total amount of the order when consumers use the voucher to book a guesthouse.
