Shenyang, located in the south of Northeast China and the central part of province, is the capital of Liaoning. Known as Shengjing and Fengtian in ancient times, it is listed as one of the National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities in China. Known as “the birthplace of one dynasty, the capital of two empires”, Shenyang is now a modern city with both historical and cultural heritage.
