Strolling through the Xiuyan Water Lane Scenic Area feels like traversing through time and space to a Jiangnan water town in East China. On both sides of the water lane, white-walled and black-tiled traditional Hui-style buildings are scattered, accompanied by small bridges, flowing water and gently swaying willows. Boats are seen sailing on the sparkling water, all unfolding stunning and picturesque Jiangnan scenery before visitors.
