In the past few days, Yingkou Port, a subsidiary of Liaoning Port Group, has been a hive of activity. The large-scale transportation of grains is now at its peak. Located at the middle part of the Liaodong Peninsula, Yingkou Port has eight grain loading and unloading berths and three dedicated railway lines for grain transportation. For a long time, its grain transshipment volume has ranked first among the ports in northern China, making it the main hub port for “bringing bulk grain from North China to the South”.
