At the 2026 Liaoning International Friendship Cities Conference, Professor Vincent Lee Chieng Chen, President of Curtin University Malaysia, said, Sarawak and Liaoning can learn from each other’s strengths through educational exchanges, and Sarawak can learn from Liaoning in many aspects.
