A heavy machinery plant, located in Tiexi District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, has been transformed into the 1905 Cultural and Creative Park, a social space integrating cultural and creative industries, art, and theater. The park’s self-developed cultural and creative market runs year-round, becoming a gathering place for youth interested in art and culture, and also attracting many citizens and tourists to take photos, shop, and relax.
