Cheers echoed across the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center. Recently, the Zhonghong TDT team from Northeastern University (NEU) won the national title at the RoboMaster 2026 University Championship. This marks NEU’s third RoboMaster championship, following victories in 2019 and 2020. Zhonghong TDT team staged an epic comeback, beating the team from South China Agricultural University 3-1 amid the fierce competition between 32 elite university teams.

As a top-tier national university competition, RoboMaster integrates mechanical engineering, machine vision, embedded system design, autonomous navigation and human-machine interaction. Over 200,000 young engineers have been cultivated since its launch.
