During this year’s International Women’s Day, Liaoning Provincial Museum launches a special ticket package. Female visitors can visit the two exhibitions of “Splendor of Tang and Song Dynasties—Art World in Digital Paintings” and “She Walks in Beauty: Women in Classical Roman Time” at the same time. They can appreciate the elegance of women in ancient China’s Tang and Song dynasties and the rich spiritual world of women in Classical Roman Time, immersing themselves in the beauty of female cultures at home and abroad.

The exhibition “Splendor of Tang and Song Dynasties—Art World in Digital Paintings” digitizes famous paintings such as Court Ladies Adorning Their Hair with Flowers, Lady of Guoguo on a Spring Outing and Nymph of the Luohe River, and dynamically presents the elegant demeanor of women in ancient China’s Tang and Song dynasties.

Centering on the collections from the Capitoline Museums in Rome, the capital of Italy, the exhibition “She Walks in Beauty: Women in Classical Roman Time” reproduces the spiritual world and life scenes of ancient Roman women. This preferential activity will last from March 8th to March 22nd.
