To meet the needs of teenagers for cultural and museum knowledge, the Liaoning Provincial Museum has officially launched relevant themed study tours.

Recently, the Liaoning Provincial Museum and XDF Cultural Tourism in Liaoning have joined hands to develop and launch a series of study tours, such as “Loong Out of Liaohe River” and “National Treasure Bronze Ware”. By further exploring the potential of its study tours, and steadily expanding their depth and breadth, the museum aims to continuously create a more informative and interesting cultural exploration journey for teenagers. The tours will be offered from April to May this year, adopting an immersive study method in terms of bilingual teaching in Chinese and English.

The study courses, taught by professional teachers in the field of culture and museum, cover five major themes, including “China in Bamboo and Wooden Slips: Exhibition of Exquisite Han Dynasty Discoveries from Gansu”, “Ancient Liaoning” and “Ming and Qing Dynasties Porcelain Exhibition” currently on display at the museum. The recently provided “Porcelain Vases Around the World” themed study tour imparts historical allusions and porcelain appreciation knowledge to teenagers through five parts: “Tracing History”, “Bilingual Expressions”, “Ink-Dyed Blue and White”, “The Silk Road Exploration” and “Looking to the Future”, so as to cultivate their artistic aesthetics.
