Recently, the “Industrial Tour to China’s Localities” launched by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was carried out in Liaoning. 18 ambassadors, diplomats and representatives from 13 countries, including Guyana, Argentina, and Malaysia, visited Changxing Island in Dalian City and Xianren Island in Yingkou City to witness firsthand the high-end and green transformation of China’s petrochemical industry.

During the visit, “green development” and “intelligent development” became frequent keywords in discussions among the delegation. The event has established a petrochemical cooperation platform for countries to promote transnational technological collaboration, integrate industrial chains, and share development achievements.
