All 1665 Public Security Windows in Liaoning Achieve “One-Stop Service”

On August 13, the Information Office of Liaoning Provincial People’s Government held the fourth press conference of the series titled “Optimizing the Business Environment”, presenting the province’s major deployment, specific measures, and significant progress in improving the quality and efficiency of its credit services and driving the construction of an integrity-based government in the first half of the year.

Liaoning has continuously advanced the “Direct Services for Enterprises”, promoting the “One Network” construction and enhancing intelligent litigation services such as online filing, cross-district filing, and electronic delivery. The province has opened the “green channel” for legal services for enterprises, establishing a “one-stop” service platform based on the 12309 Procuratoratorial Service Center. All 1665 public security windows in the province have achieved “One-Stop Service”, with Liaoning being the first nationwide to host a “reception hall-style” public security government service window.

Liaoning has further built a unified credit application service platform, taking the lead nationwide in establishing a direct connection between the “Credit Liaoning” and “Credit China” query platforms. It has become the only province with integrated credit queries across multiple platforms, ensuring nationwide search, consistent data, and uniform service effectiveness. By integrating with government services, public resources, human resources, housing construction, civil affairs, tax authorities, and other platforms, Liaoning has used credit red and black lists and other public credit information as crucial reference points for administrative approvals and other matters, implementing a “mandatory check-in” and “mandatory search” system.

Next, Liaoning will enhance the legal and standardized construction of credit, further elevate the building of an integrity-based government, optimize the credit repair system, enhance credit supervision efficiency and service quality and efficiency, and expand credit application scenarios. All these measures aim to foster a sound social atmosphere of honesty and trustworthiness, and promote the high-quality development of the social credit system.
