Abigail Shoniwa, Ambassador of Zimbabwe to China, was invited to attend the 2026 Liaoning International Friendship Cities Conference. In an interview, she stated that Zimbabwe has a strong interest in conducting business with Liaoning Province. Liaoning boasts a wide range of expertise and numerous value-added industries. Zimbabwe also looks forward to strengthening cooperation with Liaoning to enhance its own capacity building in related fields.
