The WorldSkills Shanghai 2026 (the 48th WorldSkills Competition) Closing Ceremony was held in Shanghai on September 27. Rising to the challenge on this global skills stage, two competitors from Liaoning claimed one gold medal and one bronze medal. Zhang Xu, a student from Dalian Maritime University, won the gold medal in logistics and freight forwarding skill. Yi Jiashuo, a teacher from Liaoning Engineering Vocational College (Tieling Technician College), took the bronze medal in industrial control skill. Their outstanding performances showcased the excellence of Liaoning’s skilled talent.
