Within the Hengli Heavy Industry Industrial Park on Changxing Island in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, six 82,000-tonne deadweight bulk carriers built by Hengli Group’s No. 3 Shipyard were undocked, and successfully berthed on January 6, 2026. The synchronized construction and undocking of these six bulk carriers set a new record in the global shipbuilding industry.
